Personally I think Team Zombie takes it. Kakuzu is just too much to handle and Hidan's ability is troublesome

His ability is still troublesome. But neither Deidara nor Sasori can handle Kakuzu anyway. His long range form allow him to keep out of sasori's way while blasting him and his puppets to dust with fuuton/katon combo or raiton. His doton hardening makes the 3rd Kazekage's sand useless.

Deidara's techniques are doton-based, no way they are getting past kakuzu's defense. The particle bomb could be a pain but Kakuzu can just fly away.

Hidan would also help by keeping the opposing team busy

Kakuzu's defences are strong but he isn't tanking 100 puppets or C0.

Hidan is the weakling here and can't deal with neither member of team 2, so its basically Kakuzu vs Sasori and Deidara which the Artistic Duo can take down mid-diff worst case.

Sasori can easily immobilize Hidan. He is immortal, but he isn't immune to poisons. Together they rape Kakuzu.

Sasori is basically fodder here, he can't kill nor incapacitate Hidan or Kakuzu, only Deidara has the means to incapacitate Hidan, Sasori won't be able to evade his raiton mask so he will be taken care of rather quickly and Kakuzu can prevent Deidra from taking flight with his tendril arms or he can simply utilize long range attacks. Hidan can pressure Deidara in CQC to prevent him from preparing his explosives and by doing so he will also scratch him and get his blood which will allow Hidan to one shot Deidara with his ritual.

Hidan and Kakuzu takes this mid diff.

This kind of internal damage was shown to be completely pointless against Hidan as he is immortal and he was shown capable to tank head on almost any attacks that would normally incapacitate him and walk away unimpaired.

Tsunade is not in any way immortal unlike Hidan so she cans still die if she doesn't regenerate fast enough, if she can regenerate her cells as fast as the poison or Deidara C4's consume her then yes
