Here we see that all 5 of the Kages lay dead or on the verge of death mortally injured by the big bad Uchiha Madara...

Now i'm sure that the hypothesis of what the outcome can be very obvious that Karin will be the healing agent
while Oro will be the Master surgeon...

And now that he has the heighten abilities of Hashirama and Zetsu thing he is well equiped to carry on any twarted Plan..
Maybe he'll take the bodies of the hokages and unlock the secretes of thier bodies who knows....
