The name Senju means something like a thousand. Which says that the senju had many different talents and special abilities. I believe with what happened to the senju clan was the men died in battle. While the women married into different clans. The uchiha that we've known shisui, sasuke, itachi, obito, and madara. Are the rare ones that obtained special abilities with their MS, susanoo, kamui, amatarasu, etc... While the other uchihas prolly only possessed the sharingan.
