It's not happening next chapter definitely, nothing was foreshadowed. At least Sakuras powerwas foreshadowed a chapter before.

Lol I thought it was sir Derp Obito when I opened this thread. I believe he'll reveal its true power in the upcoming chapter, I expect to see alot of blaze release techniques. I think Sasuke is gonna have a Susano'o constantly protected by his black flames.
