Hinata's fighting style is agile; but that does not mean Hinata is so good at that department. Neji and Lee (for example) are far beyond her; every respective areas have their own proficcency levels; i have kick-box experience of 9 months; but another person who is more proficcent than me would be far more agile and stronger. And Neji's arsenal is far better than Hinata's.

yup I know ^-^ that's why I wrote exactly that :O Even if I do not fully agree with "far beyond her" beyond her yes, far? well Lee yes but Lee is more agile than Neji due to his completely different fighting style, the byakigan is a one spot fighting style and Lee jumps around his enemy and looking awesome ^-^

Hinata is not faster than Sakura; there is no proof of it.
Sakura has experience in combat too they are ninja.
She does not have a better taijutsu than Sakura. Databooks and feats say othervise.
She can see Sakura coming; but that does not mean she will react and deflect evry single attack.
She can not seal one chakra point and immobilize a person; it will only effect that point not others; not that Skura would let herself get hitted.

One hit from Sakua is all over too...

This is one of those fights where the one who gets the first hit will win.

Sakura gets it? Well its all over for Hinata then.

Hinata gets it? Well then she would use her gentle fist and entirely block out Sakura's chakra points so Sakura couldn't punch harder than an average person so Sakura would be toast.

In range Sakura is strictly a close range punch you in the face kind of fighter but Hinata has a bit more of a range than that.

As for defensive Sakura can't do that much except for dodge and her reflexes to counterattack immediately. Hinata however has that chakra spinning shield thing that would cancel out any attacks. Also Hinata has a byakugan to sense if Sakura was coming at her.

As for physical strength its Sakura no contest hands down. But if Hinata uses gentle fist to disable that then Sakura would be nearly useless.

Also there is a factor of besides taijutsu there are the ninja tools they could use like kunai and explosives tags.

Personally I think Hinata has a better chance of winning

If negative reputation is given for no reason and/or for inappropriate reasons administrators will take action.

I don't think disagreeing with someone's opinion is a justifiable reason to give someone neg rep. It's up to the mods though.
