i would answer the question in this way

minato skill set : ftg , rasengan , sealing techs , kyuubi chakra

minato doesnt waste time and from what we have seen he calculates the outcomes of his moves

just like obito whose main advantage in battle is kamui , minato's is ftg [ in all his techs we know about]

the most important thing for the sannin to do is figure out a counter for his ftg

to talk about sealing techs there is not much one can say

If Orochimaru has Edo the sannins win low diff. If not the sannins wins high diff.

Simply can't see Minato beating all 3 of them, they're all kage level shinobi afterall. If he's Edo Minato and has KMC it might be another story though. But it still wouldn't be easy for him.

1st off dont underestimate tsunade she didnt survive this long being able to be defeated by speed even know noone is that tfast..

Jiraya can stay in sage mode so he would be able to sense minato and counter better,

and alot of ppl fail to realize we've only seen orochimaru fight once the 3rd hokage and every fight after that he had no jutsu.. and Orochimaru knows everything Kabuto learned he was watching,, and he does have the best edo tensei if you remember the 2nds words he said "your fault was perfecting the jutsu im here with almost my full power"

so i believe that minitos speed isnt gonna put him over the top even with KM because hell run out of chakra eventually. its not easy to kill a sannin Tsunades in 2 pieces right now talking bout dont worry about me she aint dying easy

Tsunade has good chances if she has full intel about the FTG.

Even if he is an Edo-tensai zombie, Orochimaru will use that knife with the controlling scroll.

I don't think he stands a chance against all 3 at once.

I mean they're the Sannin for gods sake.
1 on 1 he can win but 3 vs 1 is too much for Minato

Only one he can defeat is Jiraiya. Minato is bound to hit with a raswngan at sone point and Jiraiya really isn't as durable as Tsunade and Orochimaru. I'd see Orochimaru and Tsunade winning 1 vs 1. But this is just overkill.
