Can the Totsuke blade completely seal something as huge as the juubi?

It all depends upon whether the Juubi can be affected by genjutsu. If it can, then it can be sealed by Totsuka blade because that puts the person/beast under an eternal genjutsu where the person affected is a dreamworld. But personally I don't think it can be put under a genjutsu.

I think its huge chakra levels would make it impossible to seal completely but the sage of six paths did seal the ten-tails in himself completely so it might be possible he only split the ten tails up when he was getting close to death ....
