Worst Shinobi Village?

Which shinobi village do you think caused the most problems for the world?

Konohagakure: Uchiha Clan Massacre.

Kirigakure: Bloody Mist, Yagura tyranny, Rin's death, Akatsuki's founding.

Iwagakure: Shinobi War (Forgot which one they caused the most problem), speculation they used Akatsuki.

Kumogakure: Stealing Hyuuga's Byakuugan, Shinobi War.

Sunagakure: Attack on Konoha.

I'm sure I missed plenty of things, forgive me for that, but if you remember them, put them in with the respective village. So, which village caused a shitstorm more? Inside the village itself, and out.

Kirigakure easily. They had their own children that they trained kill each other to become genin. They executed anyone with a bloodline for a period of time.

And they train shinobi like Kisame, a ninja who's taught to kill his comrades first if something bad happens. Instead of trying to fight his foes off.

You're believing Nagato's words over Obito's when it's pretty clear Obito created the Akatsuki. Everything was his. Even the damn Rinnegan was given to him by Obito. Kisame even stated that Obito was the true leader. He let Nagato have his way and claim to be the leader because it got shit down for him. He let Nagato move to Ame because he knew Ame was his village where he grew up and he wanted to protect it. That's what Nagato wanted, Obito just let him.
