Well the only thing i see , if Kishi really did make the movie ( scripts , story ) then the above thing is proven to be the world created by Tobi . That is the only explanation . He hints that in that world maybe the would be together , but in the real canon world they will not . I just hope one thing . I hope Hinata will not die , cause if she dies for Naruto , i would never forgive Kishi for killing Neji .

Hard to tell if it's foreshadowing or if it's trolling. Tbh, since what the whole movie about is going to an alternate reality where everything is the opposite, I feel like this is Kishi trolling and doing the opposite of what he will in the manga. Since the movie is not cannon, he may have just taken this as an opportunity to do something he won't do in the actual manga.

Everything is opposite, except Naruto and Sakura you are forgetting those 2 stayed exactly the same, their personalities did not change. If it shows anything, it shows how Naruto and Sakura are meant to be, even in the alternate universe.

Exactly, everything else changes, meaning that it can't be taken into account because it's not the same. For example, the Sasuke from that alternate universe isn't the same Sasuke that Sakura fell in love with from the beginning.

The whole "Naruto and Sakura stayed the same thus meaning NaruSaku" argument that you guys use falls apart because unlike in the alternate universe, the other characters like Sasuke and Hinata aren't completely irrelevant.

In fact, if there were actual NaruHina and SasuSaku moments in the movie, that would mean that they are less likely in the actual manga since it means that Naruto and Sakura would prefer those alternate versions of those characters over the real ones.

thats what i got outta the movie, sasuke and hinata were the versions naruto and sakura wanted to see. but even in the movie, naruto doesnt pay hinata any attention..he just seems confused and sakura does go a little fangirl over sasuke, but in the end realizes hes just not the guy she thought he was. naruto and sakura's personalities didnt change, and we dont know menma and alternate sakura's relationship...but it does sound like sasusaku only reversed with dark naruto/sakura.

the moment i started reading the manga, i have always thought that sakura and naruto would end up together. the only romantic part of the manga is revolved around them and their selflessness for each other (which is honestly too good to be true for older mature couples...little on two 16 year olds) i thought the same way reading inuyasha, sailor moon, and fairytail (bleach is the only one where to me the coupling will probably not happen or im just not sure..but im not caught up..anyways). to me since chp 3 kishi has foreshadowed narusaku and as i kept reading the manga, hinata and sasuke's roles became more seemingly defined as troll methods towards narusaku. i have only doubted this pairing because i cannot understand the naruhina fanbase behind it....i mean i sort of get it...but i feel like its reading way too much into there stuff when narusaku has all the needed development right in front of them.

The movie was non-cannon, so it's pretty irrelevant. You managed to fine a small similarity that someone int he production studio made. Kishi doesn't make the anime. I think he helped in this movie, but I doubt he was so concise on making this "hint" you found.

I think both pairings are digging for evidence. It's normal for pairing fans to try to find ways that make their pairing more likely to happen over the other. But I think in the end it's pointless. At this point, both pairings have enough evidence to be cannon so it's really only down to whichever Kishi wants.

Look, whoever loses this pairing debate is going to just stand there, confused, next to their supposed "evidence" and blame "bad writing" for Kishi not making their favorite pairing cannon.
