Read my post above, Amaterasu has a faster start up time than Kamui.

If it's a situation where both try to kill each other Kakashi win no contestation possible.In their last "fight" Kakashi tried to get him back whereas Sasuke didn't care and tried to kill him immediatly with his best attack and yet he failed.
Amaterasu is too late and noticable since eye bleed first fro faw secondes, so during that time Kakashi will already instant warp him.

If it's current Kakashi with intent to kill, he could take it high difficulty. He can use kamui much more often, he is also smarter than Sasuke in a fight. Kakashi has shown to be capable to feint even Itachi or Pain with his kage bunshins. Itachi is definitely smarter than Sasuke, so it's possible that Sasuke could be fighting a clone without him knowing, which could give Kakashi a great opportunity to warp him from an unknown position. He doesn't spam MS techniques useless in the contrary of that version of Sasuke. He did use Kamui to warp Sasuke arrows from short range because he was surprised at that moment, but after moment of surprise, he has the arsenal to prevent himself and find some opportunities(clone, doton hiding mole, doton wall or others). On the other side, Sasuke has nothing that could prevent him from a kamui warp

So people like to argue Kamui one shots Akasuki members, Kages, with low diff, but when it comes to main characters like Sasuke it becomes invalid.

Kamui is instant whereas spawning Susanoo and shooting an arrow is not.

Let's face it, we never saw a bloodlusted Kakashi. If he wanted to kill him the manga would have ended.
