Didn't Chiyo revive Gaara by some medical jutsu, she taught that jutsu to Sakura so my guesses are if one of the main characters died she would use that jutsu, and sacrifices herself

Medical ninjutsu isn't really that versatile in many ways.
It would be pretty hard for one not to recognize a technique
someones using in medical ninjutsu for someone as bright as sakura.
And the seal on Sakura forhead would most likely cancel death from the jutsu
