Anyways even without kamui, kakashi is doomed. Stamina alone allows Obito to spam huge fireball attacks one of the biggest in the series and ability to use 5 elemental release. What does kakashi have?
Also kakashi is extremely vulnerable to genjutsu.
Human path is all Obito needs from rinnegan, and never mind that he also have mokuton and extremely high regenerating body.
Logic dictates that Obito >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> kakashi.
