Wouldn't it be awesome to see Zelda, Pikmin, Mario & Pokémon on PS3 and Xbox 360? Fact is : the system isn't selling as they'd hoped. Do you think they might end up like Sega one day? Why/why not?

Well, the WiiU sold better in its first months then ps3 and xbox360 did in their first months. The release of a new gameconsole always has a slow start.
When great, exlcusive games like a 3D Mario, mario kart, super smash bros. and zelda are released on the system, it will get a huge boost in sales. I don't think they will stop making consoles, and I don't think they will ever be forced to stop making consoles.

Um.. no. WiiU alone got more sales and had more people looking forward to it's release than PS4 and Xbox One (which btw is a stupid name). I'm not a Microsoft fan by any means because I just never had the desire to own a console from them after the first Xbox. Sony and Nintendo has always been up there for me, the reason why sega stopped (I think) was because their only real gimmick/poster child was Sonic whereas Nintendo had/has Mario, LoZ, Pokemon, etc. Nintendo has also been the only long reining company to make a successful handheld, even to this day they do.

Yes....Nintendo hasn't been good since the 64. Just a bunch of kiddy and party games.

They failed due to games such as E.T

The game quality has been going down and alot of nintendo games have lost my interest though I wouldn't like to see them stop making consoles there new one has been less then great.... and don't get me started on alot of the games.... Though I don't think thy should stop making things I believe they should rerelease some of the old systems remade or just plainly rerelease them since there were so many great systems I still have most of my old systems like the 64,super nintendo and my nintendo and play them alot more than I play any of the new stuff....
