Nope. He got rasengan'd in the stomach due to the same reason Kakazu got hit by a rasenshuriken, it was a showcase jutsu. He wasn't going to be hitting Orochimaru any time soon so Kabuto was the only one to take the first ever rasengan. It was established several times that Kakashi is on the exact same level as Kabuto, so there are only few ninja who could defeat him. Neji? Anko? Are you high?

Naruto's rasengan was very very underdeveloped in part 1. Sakura's hits are far stronger. The advantages Kabuto has are taunting and dodging which will both be very good at Sakura since the taunts might work instantly (call sasuke a **** huehuehue) and when he dodges her strength is useless. I think Sakura still wins because she is tactical also and might just crash up such a huge area that it will still hit him. Also with the yin seal her sustain is far better than his. I think she'll win with mid diff. (or get ****ing annoyed by his dodging and kill herself :O )

taunts wont work, kakashi tried it during her test with naruto, and dodging wont save him when the battlefield is leveled beyond his distance of escape, while under the influence of the yin seal her speed also increased to the point she could follow a target that she punched with ease without being outrun in the manga, those alone are more then over kill for sakura.

Neji would stomp part 1 kab uto. He can't flank (byakugo), and his chakra scalpels literally get cut off after nejis first hit. What will he do now? You underestimate menu if you even think kab uto has a chance.

An ko is a stretch but she possess a lot of forbidden orochimaru techs and has been shown to be a powerful konoichi

You don't need to respond if you want, doesn't change the fact that kab uto would lose to them. Chakra scalpels only work if he can actually hit his opponent.

So someone on Kakashi's level doesn't just lose to someone like Neji, otherwise why is Neji even taking the chunnin exams in the first place if he's on par with the Leaf's strongest jounin.
