Shinobi doesn't mean power. Shinobi is a way to be a person but not in power. Sasuke said later what Shinobi truly was with I can't remember, something about protecting something or achieving your dreams.

But my way to see power in a shinobi or a ninja is simple how many elements and chakra control, chakra amount and speed.

So for example itachi, showed being enabled to use Fire elements as basic element - Not impressive.
Chakra control seems being good - Okay.
Chakra amount - Really bad (not impressive at all)
Speed - Impressive.
Genjutsu - excellent

But Nagato:
Elements - Impressive / Amazing
Chakra control - Amazing (learned hard jutsus of all elements in a young age.
Speed - Was impressive, until he got unable to move (bad)
Genjutsu - Showed working.

But Obito...
Chakra elements - Fire (perfect skill level (same as Madara if not, not far away.)
Chakra control - Good (showed being enabled to do wood style with one hand without seals (When keep talking about despair.)
Speed - Good, he did keep up with Naruto, Guy, Bee and Kakashi. As well did give Minato (The yellow flash) a hard fight at a young age.
Genjutsu - Controlled Konan for example to tell him where Nagato were. He controlled a perfect Jinchuuriki. (Amazing)

So yeah, Obito is defiantly above Itachi in my opinion.

EDIT: I would say that Itachi is at highest 6th.

Itachi deserves to be strongest ninja ever for many reasons:

- He defeated nagato easily
- He defeated deidara easily
- He defeated orochimaru so easily
- He killed all uchiha members easily
- He defeated kakashi, asuma and kurenai easily
- He was playing with kabuto before he defeated him .
- Nobody can counter his genjutsu beside susanoo is so powerful.


I don't think either sasuke or naruto can beat anyone of those opponents easily like itachi did

Rinnegan -> No blindness
MS -> Blindness

Rinnegan -> Able to master all elements
MS -> Not

Therefore you can't say Nagato has better Chakra Control

Fanboys attack once again. Can't accept my opinions. That is same like saying that Itachi is a useless genjutser as well then. Since Sharingan gives a op genjutsu boost as well a op ability calls Susano'o with 2 op tools.

As well Itachi is a Uchicha so doesn't matter if Nagato is an Uzumaki.

So please. I have my fully right to say whatever I want.
