You mean get dna from Jugo? I don't think that's needed. Sasuke might get the rinnegan (Which is rumored he'd be able to stop time or something like that) We've yet to see full strength of Sakura's yin seal but slug sage mode could work. But than again anything could happen in the manga.

How is that foreshadowing? Everyone wants to become hokage. Shikamaru would be better at the job but he's to lazy.
