Its a jutsu made for enhancement similar to Sage mode or curse seal or the thing that Tsunadae does. Similarly those

Jutsu's dont have much of a weakness..just a drawback. For Sage mode its you either Balance it or turn to stone or

whatever. With the Sharingan its the mental stability thing. All (uchiha) users who we have seen in action has shown

mental instability.

With Mangekyou Sharigan its not only an enhance but gives you Jutsu's and that's where the weakness increases and you start to go blind.
