Sasuke using his ninja tools to counter smoke/poison/sleep gas bombs won't work if Sakura slams them to the ground as Sasuke won't be able to deflect them in time.

Okay after reading what both you and Jamison have to say, I'll give scenario one to Sasuke with high difficulty and the 2nd scenario to Sakura with mid difficulty.

If Sakura can't fight with intent to kill, she'll have to be cautious when it comes to attacking and since her shockwaves are potentially lethal, she'd have to tone them down but than Sasuke would avoid them easily. Sasuke would eventually defeat her by flying around her with his wings in CS2 and barraging her with katons.

Holy Crap. You people cannot be serious. Sasuke destroys Sakura even in that form. His speed would allow him to reduce the gap very quickly and use Chidori to end the battle. Katon and Shuriken manipulation can be used to hinder Sakura's vision and it's over. A single Chidori would kill her outright. She is no where near as fast as Sasuke who was reacting to Naruto in cloaked form. Sakura's movement and punches are too slow. She just uttered a prolonged warble to throw a single punch. Dear Lord. She loses people, she loses.
