I respect your opinion; however, I disagree.
Sakura vs Sasori:
The first problem here...is that Sasori changes his poisons constantly meaning that realistically, a antidote is 99% useless. It was the Dragon Sealing jutsu that prevented him from switching out. As such, any scrape is fatal. Sakura's recent power up hasn't improved her sensing, speed, or reaction time. As such, without Chiyo knowing the exact move set, it is likely that she will recieve cuts if not worse.
It is currenlty unknown if the Hyakugou cures poisons as opposed to regenerating cells from injury. If it does....this is still not good as it will more rapidly drain her chakra reserves.
Finally, the use of Iron Sand World will cause massive amounts of damage...forcing her to constantly heal...taking her power away.
Sasori's range gives him all the advantage he needs here.
Sakura vs Kisame:
Water Dome.....Sakura has great strength; however, the jutsu prevents her from utilizing it at all. On top of this, Sakura is not a combat expert, but instead a medical expert. As such, her taijutsu pales in comparison to someone who is a combat AND assasssination expert. Not to mention that Kisame has taken on at least two people with Gai's level of Taijutsu...which is FARRR greater than Sakura's.
Finally, Samehada takes chakra and as such would be immesly useful in wearing down the Yin Seal.
Sakura vs Kakuzu:
Sakura's problem is the same as Tsunade's: Earth Style- Earth Spear. This technique makes him daimond hard...prevents physical injury which is all Sakura has. Mix in his mastery of Taijutsu (even thrashing Kakshi despite a sharingan), and multiple masks to use up Sakura's stamina....and this is easy work for Kakuzu.
Sakura vs Deidara
C4 Karura destroys at a cellular level...if he hit all of her cells simultaneously, it is impossible to reform them. After that, His Dragon puts him out of Sakura's range.....flight is a pain in the ass. All he has to do is just spam explosives to force her hand.
Sakura vs Hidan
Sakura wins....Hidan never showed much taijutsu prowess, and his injury style can be healed by Sakura
Sakura vs Konan
Most likely Konan wins. Her flight gives her range, and after that she could spam paper bombs or shuriken. After this, Her paper form gives her a nice bit of intangibility to physical strikes.
Sakura vs Zetsu (White)
We already saw this...lol
Sakura vs Zetsu (Black)
Sakura most likely wins. She should be able to break down Zetsu's Mokuton and after that he basically has nothing.
Finally a decent analysis. Here's my counterpoints:
VS Sasori
Dunno, I get it that Sasori developed an extremely good poison and sticked to it, which made the poison his own trademark. Sakura finding out the antidote for that poison means that she is one of the worst possibile matchups for Sasori. Also, Sasori is very static for most of his fights until he reveals his true form, which he avoids unless the fight drag out long and he finds it necessary. I could see Sakura pulverizing Sasori along with the Hiruko puppet/shell. If Sasori isn't caught unprepared for that, it's a very different story because the fight becomes an all-out, but if we assume that Iron Sand is the strongest kekkei genkai Sasori has "stolen" with his method, well, Sakura already kept up with Sasori with chakra-enhanced strenght, Seal enchanced strenght clearly could (once again) pulverize him along with the Iron Sand. Simply put, Sasori can win the match but he has to move a lot and to put a lot of effort into it.
VS Kisame/Kakuzu
I believe that in both cases you make two mistakes. The first is vastly underrating Sakura's prowess in taijutsu, the secon d is assuming that any ninja can perform hand seals and cast his ninjutsu in the middle of a fight. When two ninja fight, if one is versed in magic and the other in close-quarter, the latter will try to keep the other under pressure and prevent him from casting ninjutsu at all... it is the very basis of every "wizard VS warrior" fight in roleplaying and it gets used often in Naruto, too.
Specifically speaking of Kakuzu, true, Earth Spear protects from physical harm but, as Gaara can very well teach us, even the perfect defense offers
some degree of protection, not the
absolute immunity, in other words it's very possibile that Sakura shatters Kakuzu even if he casts Earth Spear.
On the opposite hand, you gotta mention that Kisame eats chakra, and Sakura is one of the very few taijutsu user who is entirely dependent on chakra. Therefore, I see an hard match for Sakura coming.
VS Deidara
There again, I strongly suspect that Sakura just WON'T let Deidara cast C4 Garuda but, even if she did, she could try to evade it as well as Sasuke did. People tend to forget that C4 Garuda doesn't mean auto-win because it has a preparation time, a chakra cost and a definite range like most jutsu, it's just more sneaky then most others jutsu and expecially of the totality of Bakuton-based jutsu. Smart people can figure out what's going on (roughly) and avoid getting caught. That said, I agree that this is a bad matchup for her, because Deidara mostly ambushes and keeps bombing from above, therefore Sakura isn't well equipped for such a fight. Most of her non-strenght related skills (dispelling genjutsu, setting and detecting traps, poisons) are essentially useless too.
VS Konan
Hard to say, there. Shikigami Dance really is a versatile camouflaging jutsu, but Sakura isn't stupid and in terms of hitting force and resistance, Konan seems inferior. Konan is essentially forced to avoid all attacks (just one could disintegrate her) while trying to set a paper-bomb trap for her, and that doesn't sound like a happy way to go for Konan.
VS Hidan
Hidan's main feature is his almost unrivaled tanking ability. Paired with Kakuzu's medical ability and with Kakuzu being long/wide range specialist while Hidan is a short/wide range specialist, they made sort of a very hard team to face. On the opposite hand, separating them makes them a lot less efficient, and Hidan in particular is underwhelming. Sure he could survive one or two of Sakura's blows but than it's GG for him. The other main feat of Hidan is surprising an unaware opponent with his jutsu, but once again, Sakura is pretty smart and, unlike other strong ninja like Asuma, fatal wounds aren't quite as "fatal" for her. Very bad matchup for Hidan.
VS Zetsu, Black and White
Well, pretty much a given. Zetsu's power lies in quantity over quality and in sneak attacks, quantity is unrelevant when one punch washes away twenty opponents and Sakura already proven she is smarter then Zetsu.
