Him killing himself to bring alive everyone whom he killed isn't a lost but rather courtesy. Some will argue Itachi went undefeated but he still fell to the feet of his enemy.

Boss remains the only true boss in the series, following Kimimaro.

The Truth is Nagato was blinded by Itachi superior shuriken skill and thus totsuka raped his blind spot.

Minato died against the kybuu
Shishi died by the hands of another because Danzo already made him look foolish
Hashi is questionable but was revived in his armor so it's safe to assume he was killed by at least a wound
