i don't sure about hashirama's sm
but kabuto's DSM isn't stronger than sasuke's EMS or naruto's BM
BM naruto ( biju doma , continually biju doma , giant biju doma (which he used against bijus) , high speed , karma's clock's defense....etc)
EMS sasuke (full susano , amatrasu , tuskimiu , susano's arrows (with or without amatrasu) ,amatrasu's defense,ento....etc)
EMS sauke and BM naruto are stronger than DSM kabuto

I don't understand what train of thought would make anyone think that a particular sage mode is stronger than any other.
It depends on the user of the particular sage mode, since the senjutsu chakra increase the user's abilities.

Kabuto had sage mode and borrowed jutsu. He failed. I'm glad he's still stuck in izanami. (I'm not character bashing, jus stating my opinion) I still wonder what his motives were for assisting in this war.

buto is the biggest failure in the anime. He had much potential but got made to look like a fodder by itachi.

so using a forbidden jutsu that cost him an eye and needed an edo body/backup from EMS sasuke to unleash, means that kabuto is now a fodder? hes not even trapped because itachis powerful but because of kabutos arrogant personality. it was tailor made for that exact situation and we will never see izanami ever again.

he killed half the world's shinobi and basically saved the evil side form being easily steamrolled by summoning madara. everyone fails at something. cna you name me a character who never failed?

sasuke stands no chance. he was pretty much already defeated when his susano arrow missed and kabuto used hakugeki. from there he could just cut sasuke in half with scalpel
