Why Sakura is good character and is not useless.

I just want to say one last thing. Saying Sakura is a "good character" is a matter of opinion. I mean, I think kiba is a good character but clearly a lot of people disagree with me. And everyone knows she's not useless, people usually say these things to get rep from other Sakura haters. I hate/dislike Sakura as a character, but I love/like her as a person, if that makes any sense

If you take the manga as face value then hashirama must be referring to 5 year old Tsunade since she hasn't seen her progress or current strength.

Actually, the healing you're referring to requires a day's time from what I remember. Well, its relative to the damage inflicted I guess. A heal from medical ninjas are essentially much more faster.

Does no one else find the topic of discussion extremely tedious and boring? Who cares, honestly? The poll shows a near 50/50 divide in opinion; I think people should just wait untill the damn manga is over and done with before these threads are made, as new manga tends to make the premise of 90% of threads invalid anyway.

In your attempt to defend her part in the series,you are diminishing her role even more.
You are comparing her with K11, even though from the beginning it was clear, that K11 was a team developed to work as supporting in the series.Plus Naruto and Sasuke,even Kakashi as their sensei were always above the rest of K11 and their senseis.That is because they are the main characters and they are expected to prevail and surpass the rest of the supporting characters.
Since Sakura was introduced as the main heroine in the series,she failed to follow the steps of her teammates and senseis.Up until the previous chapter her power and significance level was the same as the rest of the K11.
I don't understand why it's so important that she managed to distinguish her self from a team that was created just to support team 7.Also,I find it hard to be amazed by the fact that she needed 600+ chapters to reach the level Naruto and Sasuke were in the beginning of Shippuden.
Overall taken, her development is noticeable only compared to less important characters,even though she is considered to be one of the important characters.

I actually see what you're saying and agree to what you and bulzi are saying to a certain extent, but this does not, in no way whatsoever, justify the nonsensical hate Sakura and her fans receive. People took what Chatte said and blew it way out of proportion. It wasn't even that much of a fangirlish statement. I've seen way worse. And to be honest, its a valid opinion.

Even before that, Sakura was getting endless hate; a lot of it was coming from (ironically) Hinata fanboys. The hate that this one character receives is sooooo ridiculous. I can hardly put into words how ****ing retarded I think it is to be honest.

But to your points: I don't believe Sakura was ever meant to be on the level of Sasuke and Naruto. At least, until now. Even she herself admitted to having to catch up . Its only a part of her character, which only solidifies my point on how a character shouldn't be judged on power levels. A lot of people are doing just that; judging on the basis of power levels. Also, a lot of people over look how Sakura is more intelligent then both Sasuke and Naruto. This is only reinforced by the databooks.
