I'm fat and I have man boobs. I cant wear anything I want to because of this. I have been very insecure of my body since grade school and I'm finally entering college and am still very embarrassed about them.

I have tried to lose weight but it's just too hard and I tend to give up mid way.

I really want to kill myself sometimes due to desperation. Sometimes the teasing and the lack of self confidence can drive a person crazy.

I have friends who keep telling me that people dont care but I find that very hard to believe since in high school I was always made fun of because of my boobs. My classmates would just suddenly touch my chest and laugh.

there's one way. Determination. Just stop eating bad--start cooking your own meals and go out for a light jog evryday. The bigger you are the more work it will take to move ---I.E. the more calories you burn.

Also if after you loe weight you still have them seek medical advice. This could be due to hormone imbalance

Loose weight, have something to motivate you... I was kinda like you in middle school but I went to gym daily for 90mins. I was just tired of the little extra weight I had and tried so hard and it worked out in the end. Ps: don't worry to much about you're looks too much I've seen some ugly,and fat dudes with beautiful women because of confidence.

My boyfriend use to be overweight in middle school and he was constantly harassed and made fun of for being overweight. Instead of letting it get to him and sulking, he pushed himself every day to become more fit, and he eventually reached his goal. He still has trouble areas but he's in good shape and he's mostly muscle now.

If you truly want to lose weight, you're going to have to push yourself and stay motivated. Eating clean is just as important as working out on a regular basis. You can do it, don't give up or sell yourself short.

When people make fun of you or anything like that, they're usually trying to compensate for something themselves. That could be anything from a bad life at home, lack of intelligence, or **** size.
