I say that Kakashi, Ay and some others give Itachi trouble. He doesn't really stomp all non-Sharingan users as well. You can't really stomp someone like Itachi so whoever says that......

I can agree with most of the list except maybe Sasuke, Nagato, Kabuto and Obito depending on which version of them. EMS Sasuke hasn't really shown anything amazing... I still see him around Itachi's level or a little below. Obito displayed some respect for Itachi and he was cautious of him showing that Itachi can possibly take him on. Kabuto with edos win easily but Itachi has a chance of beating him without edos. As for Nagato it depends if Itachi tries to end the fight quickly otherwise Nagato wins.
