NO one(Naruto's age group) knw that Minato is Naruto's father (possibly Sai) & Sakura didn't recgnized him when she first saw him ,,she realized that he is 4th when other Hokage are entered the battle field & after a few movements Sasuke arrived at the btlfld then Sakura forgot everythng exept Sasuke..............
