All the Hokages were attractive (NO HOMO) and yet only Minato got some booty..

Out of all the kages in history no kage or kage lv shinobi ever sowed his wild oats

Lmfao true, and i read the question wrong sadly, in which im pretty sure Hashi had atleast ONE kid, OP also said "any kage" which Gaara's dad was 4th kazekage.
