Its not just a punch, Sakura is using her new ninjutsu that shes been working on for the last three years at this point add that to her already freakish strength and its quite a devastating attack. considering that the first is saying that Sakura might be more of a monster than the fifth hokage. How does punching Jubbi clones put her at the position of being Hokage?

Anyways, we can't really give a reason to the clones since we have nothing to go on them. All they did was get blasted. Who knows, maybe the punch did nothing but knock them back and they'll quickly regenerate.

I think there are two possibilities...

a) Jûbi clones are as strong as Zetsu clones, so, Sakura's attack was just a regular one, so it isn't a big deal.
b) Jûbi clones are as strong as a Madara's Wooden Clone. In this case, Sakura surpassed Naruto and Sasuke in terms of strength.

In any case, we can't start making conclusions because we haven't seen Naruto or Sasuke trying to get rid of these mini-clones. It will depend on how many moves they take to get rid of the same quantity of mini-clones as Sakura.
