When I say heal herself I really mean Creation Rebirth Or Byakugou. Both techniques increase the rate of cell division in the user. What Sakura used to heal herself in the Sasori fight was surrounding her wound in healing chakra like she does when she heals someone else. If I am not mistaken, Sasori claimed that she was stopping the blood flow, which is not the same as recreating that part of the body.
