Why call police if you've seen a shoot-out or have been mortally-wounded by a stranger who was involved in a shoot-out? That's not an emergency! You need the cops only when your pop-tarts have been missing, That's a real emergency! Those who put their lives on the line for justice can only do their job properly, only if there is a REAL emergency!
For that parent, I sincerely applaud you. Bravo!
