[Theory] Sasuke's True Intentions...

I'm sure some of you noticed as well as I did the panel that shows Juugo asking himself, "Sasuke, what are you thinking now?" :

I think this statement from Juugo tells us possibly that Sasuke explained his true intent of joining the Shinobi Alliance to Juugo and / or Suigetsu. Notice how Juugo didn't just ask himself what Sasuke was thinking, but what was he thinking Now? Maybe Sasuke intended on killing or attacking the Shinobi alliance, and Juugo is questioning how Sasuke might feel about his real intent now that he is actually there.

This also might hint as to where Orochimaru might be as well, maybe Sasuke made some pre-arranged battle strategy or deal involving Orochimaru, Karin and /or Suigetsu to later enter battle, or otherwise promote his own plan. I don't think we have enough evidence to really say exactly what Sasuke might've planned, or has planned, but I am just pointing out the possibility of him having alternative motives. Thoughts?

It's possible that sasuke's intentions are more complex than him just working hard to become Hokage that is not the type of character Sasuke is and Juugo knows this.
Or the reason that sasuke was a little late could be he was explaining something to juugo and the others and this confused juugo.
