Sakura can't heal herself like Tsunade.

I have noticed members saying that Sakura can now heal herself like Tsunade when she uses Byakugou. Sakura doesn't have Byakugou. She has Hyakugou, and it has been shown to only increase Sakura's ability to focus chakra into her punches. The seals for both techniques don't even look the same.

OP, you do make a point in the seals probably not being the same, which would mean that Sakura's abilities once released might be different.
