Sasuke use blaze release to make his amaterasu form spikes.I am sure the amaterasu flames will pierce raikage body and burn inside out before he landed his kick at sasuke.

The only reason why amaterasu take long to burn raikage arm because of the large steal braclet that prevented the flame spreading other part of his body

Of course Sasuke would have beaten the Raikage then. He would have been heavily injured from the Guillotine drop, but Raikage's leg would have been pierced by the flames and more of his body would be caught on fire meaning he'd die.

Though that's mostly cause of A's stupidity...

Current Sasuke beats the Raikage and any other Current Kage 1 on 1 with little effort...the only Kage he cant beat is Hashirama.
