Sakura has no special bloodline, she is a civilian. Tsunade is an Uzumaki and Sannin. Shizune who is like Sakura couldn't even form the seal. That alone is a feat for a girl who has nothing to aid her but her own strength.

Sakura was pushing her to limits to battle to prove she is not useless and made a innocent face expecting Sasuke to jump in and save her, in other words it was all part of her plan and she just drew that diamond on her head with a marker.
