Has Kishimoto forgotten Lee and Tenten?

In the lastest mangas everyone gets some screentime kiba , choji , ino but what about Tenten and the beast Rock Lee?
It's kinda weird but they are the only ones left out

ten ten kept losing , but she did hold a legendary weapon.

also ten ten and lee aren't apart of the year as naruto's as they came and graduated a year before..

But lets admit it, kishi in just no good when it comes to situation when a lot of characters are gathered.

There's only so much panel time available. Characters with lower priority have less panel time allocated to them.

They're not a part of the Rookie 9. Out of the K12, Neji's team (which includes Lee and Tenten) was not a part of the R9.
