no. Chiyo would not have been able to do it without Sakura. you know what granted though they both wouldnt have been able to do it without the other. both were the perfect opponents for Sasori. but Sakura helped defeat a kage level. her medical/poison knowledge with her fighting ability and evasive skills enabled that win.

Chiyo controlled her for the most part. I say Chiyo is Kage level, because look at how old she is. In her prime she probably might have been able to take out Sasori.

Don't forget that Sasori let them win, he suicide. Chiyo even noticed this, and tells Sakura. Look back at the fight.
