Adding [spoiler] to an image

I need to put a html code into a picture

I want something like this:

Text inside the spoiler

Does anyone know if that's possible to add it into a picture using Photoshop cs6 extented.

and I want the text to be inside the spoiler tags, so that when you open it you can see the text inside it

Not just a link, I want text inside the tags and that i'd work like on a forum.

alright another try:

I'm making a custom Bio, and I have to insert my ninjutsu list, but it's too much to just insert it like that.
The background is custom made by me in Photoshop, so it's an image and I'm writing my text on it. Now, I need to know if it's possible to add the html code

ontop of the picture so that I can put my jutsu list inside it. So that it works just like in NB.

When I'll put the image with the text integrated and someone wants to see the jutsu list they'd just have to click on the show button. I hope it's a bit more clear now :/

I don't think that is possible, the closest I have seen is the image itself acting as a link, so when you click it, it directs you to a different page, otherwise I cant see a way to add a spoiler inside an image using photoshop.

Maybe try the IT Section it may help .
