No restrictions, fight to the death. They both have their six paths of pain. Nagato is at full health.
For me, Obito has this. Sharingan = Strong. Sharingan + Rinnegan = Very strong. Both Obito's and Nagato's stamina are incredible, and it takes more than one strong ninja to beat them. For Nagato, it was Killer Bee, Naruto, and Itachi, and for Obito, it was Guy, Kakashi, Naruto, and Killer Bee. Keep in mind that Nagato was defeated in his match with those three, and Obito technically wasn't defeated in his match. The only reason why the 4 even got a scratch on his mask was because Kakashi's sharingan was connected to Obito's. I can't really say much on Nagato's side besides the fact that he'd have the advantage regarding chakra, because Sharing + Rinnegan = Massive chakra drain. Nagato only as the Rinnegan. BUT, Obito has been using the rinnegan and sharingan for A LONG time. It's safe to say that his chakra is practically unlimited. Nagato's chakra reserves are easily commendable too, considering the fact that he went up against Sage Naruto, the 4 tails, the 6 tails, and for a brief moment, the 8 tails. And he wasn't even at full heath, correct me if I'm wrong.
So who'd win?
