Sony is trying to entice many independent developers to create games for their consoles, with the latest target being Markus ‘Notch’ Persson.
Known for his multi-million selling franchise Minecraft, Notch received a VIP invitation to a Sony E3 event last night. However this was no ordinary invitation, with Sony sending him a gold coloured PSOne console.

Notch has a high standing within the independent gaming industry. If his titles were to come to PlayStation consoles it would be a big notch (pardon the pun) in Sony’s belt, maybe even persuading more independents to jump onboard.
Notch has already shown he is willing to provide consoles players his products, with great success. The Xbox 360 version of Minecraft received its own retail copy, which has now sold over 6 million units on the console.

Seems like Sony is trying to beat the Xbox One in the gaming field as well. They'll win the console war this generation without a doubt if they provide a good range of games and don't follow the mistakes of Microsoft.

to early to judge. We still have alot we dont know about the consoles, and there are many feature related things that can change before the consoles come out. But the ps4 seems better atm for gamers, but however i will wait till e3 to begin the judgeing(when we can accurately begin to judge them.)
