Many of us do not despise Sasuke, though we did not enjoy his progression of personality for quite a bit of time, it is more that we despise the illogical fanbase that praise and glorify him with undying and defensive pride...

Personally, I say the ms users go like this:
Ems madara and sasuke are at the top. Then there's obito and shisui who have unique abilities. Then there's itachi and izuna who have regular mangekyous. Izuna has Monster chakra because he was masses madaras equal, itachi has bad chakra.
