gaara will be in the air before manda 2 is even summoned, unless you're telling me kabuto would ride to the battlefield ontop of manda? Because that's so happened before.
Anyway, Gaara is a small target for manda to 'blitz'. Gaara simply moves around quickly on his sand while manda is 'blitzing' until he's high enough. Manda has no long range attacks.

Such as the Narutos chances of entering 4TK and 6TK or Gaara using Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu , this also takes into consideration how willing he was to do so. gaara's sand is an opaque object,light dosent pass through it,and his sand armour is layered on his skin and hence will absorb the vibrations. White rage wont work

Kabuto didn't include himself because Edo Madara is half Hashirama. And Edo Madara is Kabuto's own power. So Because Edo Madara is Kabuto's power, then he didn't include himself. duhhhhh

If Madara(his will) says it can't be pierced, then it can't be pierced.
