I disagree with Kabuto being on the same tier as Yagura and Jin Gaara. I agree with everything else

Overrating BM Naruto is fine, but overrating his other forms is a huge no no. Putting Sage Naruto on the same tier as Minato and Itachi is a joke. Sage Naruto gets destroyed instantly by those two. RM Naruto gets beat by Sasuke, Itachi, Edo Itachi, Minato, Kabuto and especially Edo Minato. Putting Killer Bee over Itachi and Sasuke is a huge misplacement even when the members of MF already agreed that Killer Bee gets trashed low difficulty by either one. Why would you even put a featless Yagura in that tier? Makes no sense. And really? Gaara above Kabuto? Yeah right. There has already been threads that DSM Kabuto beats Nagato. Nagato really isn't as strong as he seems.

Remember to read the chapter I provided above and see why Bijuudamas aren't as strong as you think.

Yeah, because Gaara can beat Manda 2. A summoning that is as large as an island and is strong enough to carry the entire island containing hundreds of beasts as large as Bijuu while swimming who at the same time is able to hydrify. Totally. Gaara is definitely island level.
