Do you think Itachi had? Some speculate that it's Tuberculosis, some think it's AIDS, some think he's so awesome he Solo'd himself (._.")...

But I am genuinely curious as to what the NarutoBase thinks Itachi was dying of?

There's also the possibility that, because the Narutoverse is a completely different environment with different animals, people, and climates, therefore different microorganisms and diseases, it could be something that we haven't heard of.

Since I don't foresee any sort of clarification as to what exactly Kishimoto killed our pretty 'tachi off with, I am excited to hear what you all think!

I could be wrong, but I have yet to see one that speculates on whether or not it is even a disease known to this world, as the Narutoverse has a different environment than us. I wanted to see if anyone else felt that it could have been some other-worldly disease.
