I'm going to have to say full metal alchemist brotherhood by far had the best story for an anime. My number one critique is that an anime that starts in an epic way must finish on the same note in which it did.

The story felt complete, any questions I had was kept to a minimum, and it had some of the most badazz enemies ever (king Bradley).

The moral of the story felt realistic and the law of equivalent exchange was consistent. Had me stepping my chemistry game up too remembering all of those elements.

That show was quite the fun experience. So what's your anime candidate?

I haven't seen much anime, to be 100% honest. I would have to go with FMA: Brotherhood because it stuck to the manga. And it wasn't a never ending anime/manga. Quite finite. I like that. I also liked Death Note for the same reason, but prefer FMA over Death Note.

Tbh I haven't watched much anime. I really liked the story of One Piece, had me hooked.

I really liked fma though. Didn't give FMA B a try, I might do that later this summer.. hm

Get on fmab my man, a lot better than fma. One piece has a great story as well.

I love Neon Genesis Evangelion. I would highly recommend the series and movies. Complex but very worthwhile.
