Even your precious Itach iwould have died in the CT if Naruto and Bee wouldnt have been there.
The only ones who stand a chance are Madara, Hashi, Tobi and Minato (purely cuz he can run away fast)

Obito - even MS Obito, Nagato just can't touch him.
DSM Kabuto - Edo Army, Hakugeki no Jutsu, Muki Tensei.
EMS Madara - EMS ,Perfect Susano'o ,Kyuubi Summon ,Insane Katon.
Hashirama - Mokuton,SM,Rashomon.
Orochimaru - Edo Tensei and Mokuto.

all of those can beat Nagato.
