Hinata can not spam airpalms; also Tenten is faster than her (she is catching up with other team guy members)
Hinata can deflect some attacks; but in the and she can not spam and since Tenten is a long range fighter; she has the upper hand.
Part 1 Tenten spammed this amount of weapons in a short fight; hinata can not deflect, evade or use palms over all of them.

Distance is unknown; but Hinata is not fast enough to outspeed the distance; especially catching up to Tenten.

Tenten is faster than her... Hinata would not be able to get close that easily.
Also according to databook; Tenten has the same taijutsu stat (3,5) with Hinata; so she is not helpless in that department. Also her superior speed would be helpful.
