No restrictions. They both have the intent to kill each other. Itachi is at full health.

For me? Obito has this, mostly because his chakra reserves and stamina are incredible. Considering the fact that he fought Bee, Nine-Tails Chakra Mode Naruto, Kakashi, and Guy all by himself. Itachi's stamina sucks on the other hand. Plus, Obito's eyes are better than Itachi's. He controlled the Mizukage for who knows how long (I don't know the exact time.)

EDIT: BUT, on the contrary, Obito ran away from Itachi in the Road to Ninja movie, AND he has said that if Itachi knew his secrets' he'd be dead.

Obito will end up outlasting Itachi.

-Not using Susanoo at all times is like Suicide as Obito was able to keep up with KCM Naruto on footspeed so him and Itachi are near the same speed, that isn't that formidable, until you combine it with the fact that Obito has Mokuton which can be used in CQC to overwhelm opponents quickly. Just read this whole chapter.

-We already know Itachi can't keep up Susanoo longer than Obito can fight and if he takes it down Obito will defeat him in CQC and he will get warped. The rest of Itachi's moves are useless due to Obito's Kamui, clones won't work that well as Obito has Madara sized Katons to vaporize them, and he has Mokuton Sashiki to take them out from a distance as shadow clones have low durability.

Obito ends up outlasting him and once Susanoo drops from a combo of MS strain and his illness. Obito swoops him and warps him away or kills him, either way Obito wins.

Alright, this is my take on the battle. Itachi has about a bit less chakra than MS Sasuke. Tobi has his normal chakra. I think Tobi will win due to outlasting Obito. With Mokuton and all his techniques, he can constantly spam Itachi without worry of losing too much chakra. Itachi can host the Susano'o (He needs to defend himself) for about a couple of minutes when sick. Ten minutes when healthy is reasonable. He will need to keep it up because Obito has reflexes that rival KCM Naruto and Itachi can't match. Amaterasu can be matched (Dodged) by Obito and Tsukuyomi and Genjutsu won't work on Obito.

Obito wins, Mid-High Diff.

An MS Obito is still a powerful foe. But the same can be said for Itachi. Hmm, probably Obito mid to high difficulty. Itachi has so many powerful jutsu that will just get annoying for Obito. That, and the constant threat of him being cast in one of Itachi's infamous genjutsu looms about.

But yeah, MS Obito should win.

Obito wins mid diff. Dat Senju DNA puts him above itachi not to mention perfect izanagi and the OP kamui. Before people say izanami itachi needs prep time something he would never have against the likes of obito.
