Imo, Tsunade > Guy, she can solo him.
All he uses is taijutsu which causes blunt trauma, stuff that Tsunade can tank very well with Byakugo activated.
Kakashi will test Mei by using a Kagebunshin, smart as he his he will realise that to win he must keep the distance. In a battle of attrition Tsunade can replenish his chakra, while Mei gets outlasted.
I think T&K win this mid-high diff.

And here acid slime goes fast with no amplification with amplification mei is not dodging this or stopping it. But guy could with 7th gate maybe.

The after mei is taken down by tsunade. Katsuyu can divide herself and half sticky mucus on the ground. And if guy steps on it he will be immobilized then Kakashi can end it.
This is katsuyu implying she can stick her body part together. meaning she can create a sticky substance.

While I do agree that Tsunade and Kakashi win, do remember she heard his heartbeat at a small distance and while they were peacefully talking, whereas now they will be in a battle situation.

Also, Mei is not in an injured state and Tsunade would have to distinguish hers, Kakashi's and Gai's heartbeat.

Anyways Kakashi and tsunade take it. Tsunade can constantly replenish kakashi's chakra and increase the scale of his techs. Kakashi can push out roughly 8 raikiri's and 5 kamui's on his own but since kamui is restricted and tsunade is constantly replenishing it pretty much doubles if not triples.
