I think Sasuke will apologize but there will be some tension lingering in the village still. However, I'm kind of hoping that the story of what happened to the Uchiha clan is explained to everyone after. With that being said I think that they will have a better understanding of what he went through and why he made the choices he did therefore bringing everyone together again.
