Looks: With his body completely burned, Shishio’s sweat glands stopped functioning, having to wrap his entire body in bandages making him look like a ‘mummy’.Although completely wrapped up in bandages, some of his hair sticks out in little plucks. Contrary to the rest of his wrapped body, the head section is criss-crossed.
Personality: Ruthless, cold hearted and savage. Makoto Shishio is often referred to as a devil reincarnated.He believes that the weak only exist to benefit the strong, effectively portraying his lack of compassion. Shishio is best described as an evil genius, showing great intelligence and insight. He learns from his past mistakes, and has taken pre-emptive actions to ensure that his opponents won’t ever be able to strike at his weaknesses.

Background Info
History: Shishio Makoto was born in Konohagakure. He grew up all alone because his parents were always on missions, so he never got to make any friends as he was shy. At the age of 10 Shishio had already started training. He had always wanted to train with his dad but he never got the chance as his dad was killed on a important mission. He was devastated and that's when his mom finally got closer to him. At the age of 12 shishio was sent to a mission along with his mom and some other Konoha ninjas. They bumped into rouge ninjas that ended up killing shishio's mom and the rest of the Konoha ninjas. The rouge ninjas decided to grab shishio and burn his body completely. Later his body was found by an unknown person, who started to take care of him and took him to the rain village.

Fire Affinity: After some hard training in the fire element with Shinta, Shishio is now capable of performing fire jutsu with just one hand seal.
Weapon: Shishio carries a normal katana with him. He also carries amegakure's umbrella on his back.
Umbrella's: Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga, this is an optional weapon to add to their biographies. Their abilities:
Gliding: Once high in the air and using a wind technique to create a gust an open umbrella could allow extended periods in air by gliding, with the advantage of wind direction user could move long distances slowly but easily and dropping in altitude. With any given technique that pushes, a user could glide above 25m high in the air and move with the speed of 8m/turn.
Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.

Added Modification: Wires, the ribcage of the umbralla could be modified to shoot out wires from the end. This could be used to bind targets.
