Yea, it's pretty OP. However if Obito still had both eyes, he would have never gotten Hashi DNA, and therefore not have a chakra pool sufficient enough to sustain the use of both Kamui's for more than even a minute.

All he had to do was not give his eye away Madara stilol would've found him so that's a fail sorry

I disagree. The best jutsu is the ocular eye jutsu known as Rameno'o and it's only known user is Teuchi. When Teuchi uses his Rameno'o it summons a huge body made out of ramen that is in form of the Sage of Six Paths, it could also use Ramengan. not to mention when Teuchi uses Edo Ramensei on his Rameno'o he can control the Sage of Six Paths himself.
